About The Grub Index
The recipe archives of EBONY magazine go back at least a generation. The files have grown as actors, singers, politicians and inspired readers have contributed much cherished and time tested dishes to the mix.
The Grub Index is designed to spread the wealth and add to the heady (and aromatic) sphere of influence coming out of the world’s kitchens. In addition to the recipes and expert advice of EBONY Food Editor, Charlotte Lyons, the Index will occasionally feature a hot new chef, a must-try recipe or the latest culinary trends.
