3 ounces champagne
Splash of VSOP cognac
1 ounce Cointreau
Dash of lime juice

 Serve in a champagne flute.

1 750ml bottle sauterne
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 32-ounce bottle ginger ale, chilled Ice

Combine wine, sugar, orange-flavored liqueur, brandy, lemon and lime juice in large pitcher. Just before serving, add ginger ale. Garnish with lemon, lime or strawberry if desired.
Yields about 2 quarts

Shake and pour over ice in tall glass.

1 1/4 ounces cranberry juice
1 1/4 ounces lime juice

Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.

1 ounce Apricot liqueur
1/2 ounce strawberry syrup
2 ounces passion fruit juice
1/2 ounce grapefruit juice

Pour ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with mint if desired.

1 ounce Imoya V.S.O.P. cape Alambic brandy
1/2 ounce white Crème de Cacao
2 ounces milk

Combine all ingredients. Blend, shake and strain. Serve in a brandy snifter.

Combine all ingredients. Serve in glass.

2 drops peychauds bitters

Shake and strain into chilled glass.
